Bald Head

Iden will be one month old tomorrow. We are having a first month celebration at Hotel Rendezvous to celebrate this occasion. Fearing that we may not have enough time tomorrow, ipapa and I decide to shave his head bald today. This head shaving is one of the Chinese customs. It symbolises a new beginning for the baby. Both of us got down to work in the evening. Ipapa is in-charge of shaving while I hold on to Iden's head. It is a tough job. Iden's head is so soft and he wriggles a lot. Ipapa has to be really careful not to hurt him. After some struggling and perspiring, the job is done. Iden looks so bald but fresh. What a new look!
