We cannot resist the urge to put both brother and sister together to take pictures. Here are some sweet pictures to share with you.

Flip flop

Iden likes to play with my pair of flip flop. He will wear and walk around with it. Seeing that he likes it so much, I bought him a pair just now. He looks so cute with it!

Loving gesture

It is amazing how kids can understand what we say, even though they are unable to articulate well. Iden was at his worst again just now, kicking up a fuss, screaming and crying. After he had calmed down, I began to reason with him (though I wasn't sure if he could understand). I was telling him how annoyed I was with him over his bad behaviour. Also told him how much I love him, the things I did for him, bought for him and so on. I told him I was disappointed as he did not seem to appreciate it and that he doesn't love me anymore. After I had finished my talk, Iden stared at me for a while and did a surprising thing. He stroked my head! I was so taken aback with his gesture. You see, Iden's way of saying he loves someone is to stroke the person's head. I believe he understood what I was telling him, hence stoking my head to tell me he loves me. My heart melted at that moment.....

Family outing

Having taken his afternoon nap, ipapa decided to bring the whole family to West Coast Park (http://www.nparks.gov.sg/nparks_cms/display_park.asp?parkid=10) for some fun (and sun). We've heard a lot about the place and decided to try it out today.

See how Iden was dressed for the occasion? He looked like a professional footballer, yah?

While Iden was busy enjoying himself at the adventure playground, Ilis was having her sweet dreams in her pram.

Poo in the potty

Yeah, Iden managed to poo in the potty just now! That was the first attempt for him and he did it so well. Is this a hint for us that he could be ready for toilet training? Looking forward to the day where diapers will be a history in Iden’s life…..

Tissue box = pillow?

Do you know that tissue boxes can come in handy when one is tired? Iden demonstrated one alternative use of the boxes this morning. Unable to contain his sleepiness, Iden rested his head on the boxes to catch a nap.

His innovative way of using the tissue boxes caught the attention of a few passer-bys. They were amazed at how sound asleep he could be with the boxes! Now, here’s one use of tissue boxes for your consideration.

Fabio Cannavaro's hairstyle look-alike

If you are a soccer fan, you will know who is Fabio Cannavaro. Cannavaro is the captain of the Italy football team and is also one of imama’s favourite football players. What has Cannavaro got to do with Iden? Well, the only similarity I can think of is their hairstyle. You see, Iden has a new look today. His new hairstyle reminds ipapa and I of Cannavaro. See the similarity there?
